Cybersecurity Founders Network Announces Full Platform Launch in Support of American Cybersecurity Innovation
Comprehensive private network now connects vetted US cybersecurity founders, CISO advisors, and enterprise buyers through a single American-built platform
The Cybersecurity Founders Network (CFN) today announced the completion of its full platform launch — a comprehensive private network connecting vetted American cybersecurity founders with senior CISO advisors, enterprise buyers, and strategic partners through a suite of purpose-built tools designed to accelerate US cybersecurity innovation.
The CFN platform now encompasses a vetted Founders Portal with SOC-inspired dashboard, real-time group chat and private messaging, LinkedIn-style member profiles, a threaded discussion forum, a Jobs Board, a Resource Vault, and a full Events calendar. A separate CISO Advisor Portal gives senior security executives access to the American Cybersecurity Marketplace — a curated directory of US-owned cybersecurity companies organized across 11 solution categories.
"What we've built is the infrastructure layer for American cybersecurity innovation," said Brad Haizlett, Founder of the Cybersecurity Founders Network. "When a CISO in the American Cybersecurity Marketplace sends an intro request to a founder, that's not just a connection — that's a potential partnership that strengthens the US cybersecurity supply chain. Every interaction on this platform is a vote for American-built security technology."
CFN's membership is exclusively open to US citizens actively building cybersecurity companies in the United States. The platform's vetting and approval process ensures that every member of the network is a genuine cybersecurity founder — not a vendor, consultant, or observer. This exclusivity is central to CFN's value proposition: a network where every conversation is between peers who have skin in the game.
The platform's CISO Advisor network now includes access to active CISOs and senior security executives who have opted in to advise, invest in, or partner with American cybersecurity founders. The intro request system allows CISOs to initiate structured outreach to any founder in the Marketplace, with full transparency into request status and founder responses.
CFN's launch comes at a critical moment for American cybersecurity. With nation-state threats escalating, supply chain integrity under scrutiny, and enterprise security budgets under pressure, the need for a trusted, American-built ecosystem of cybersecurity innovation has never been greater. CFN exists to ensure that the founders building the solutions to these problems have the community, connections, and resources they need to succeed.
"The adversaries attacking American infrastructure are organized, well-funded, and relentless," said Brad Haizlett. "The founders building the defenses deserve to be just as organized and just as connected. That's what CFN is here to do."
Cybersecurity founders can apply for membership at cybersecurityfounders.com. CISO Advisors and security executives can join the CISO Advisor Portal at cybersecurityfounders.com/ciso/register.
